Job Summary:

Assist organizations with their efforts to become HIPAA compliant.  Most assignments are on location so travel is required, but limited to the NW area.

Job Description & Duties:

HIPAA is a complex and changing government regulation.  Our Senior Consultants work one-on-one with organizations to help direct their compliance efforts.  We provide many different services and options for practices, always with an eye on budgetary restraints.

We are looking for person with a Bachelor's Degree in business, business law, accounting, business administration, health care administration or health care related areas. Experience in other compliance program's would help. 

Significant experience in the health care industry with specific ethics/compliance program experience is a plus. Detailed understanding of government requirements/expectations for health care compliance and HIPAA programs.  Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs and state insurance laws preferred.  Proven ability to work with all levels of management. Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.  Strong problem solving skills.
