Job Summary:

Medical providers are required (by law) to become compliant with a Federal regulation by April 2005. Our products help them meet that requirement.

This is a short-term position, until April 20th. We are seeking a telemarketer to call into medical offices with a two-step sales process. Step one is offer product information via email or fax. Step two is to call back and take the order. Client decision time will be as short as same day, or as long as two weeks.

The telemarketer will be responsible for making calls, informing us of emails or faxes to send, and entering orders in our online ordering system. The main office will provide the names, phone numbers, and send all emails, faxes and orders.

This is a 'work from home position' and is paid on a commission basis. Orders will range from $199 - $1500. Commissions differ by product, but range from 15%-30%.

Job Summary:

Assist organizations with their efforts to become HIPAA compliant.  Most assignments are on location so travel is required, but limited to the NW area.

Job Description & Duties:

HIPAA is a complex and changing government regulation.  Our Senior Consultants work one-on-one with organizations to help direct their compliance efforts.  We provide many different services and options for practices, always with an eye on budgetary restraints.

We are looking for person with a Bachelor's Degree in business, business law, accounting, business administration, health care administration or health care related areas. Experience in other compliance program's would help. 

Significant experience in the health care industry with specific ethics/compliance program experience is a plus. Detailed understanding of government requirements/expectations for health care compliance and HIPAA programs.  Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs and state insurance laws preferred.  Proven ability to work with all levels of management. Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.  Strong problem solving skills.
