Mr. Cizik began his career with Andersen Consulting, planning and implementing large healthcare billing systems. After several years with Anderson, he attended Harvard Business School, receiving his MBA. He later joined Intel Corporation where he held a variety of senior management roles.

In his 15 years of business development, Mr. Cizik has been responsible for building channel organizations, managing marketing programs and establishing strategic relationships with key partners of the business.

Mr. Cizik served as Director of Strategic Acquisitions for Intel Capital, where he participated in 25 deals exceeding a total of $2.5 billion and helped build the organization's capabilities into a key component of Intel's growth strategy.

Mr. Cizik was responsible for the integration of all aspects of acquisitions into Intel to ensure anticipated value was successfully realized for the corporation. Mr. Cizik gained international experience in Asia and Europe while managing suppliers for Intel's billion dollar motherboard business.

Mr. Lane has been delivering computer technology, e-learning and professional services to the Healthcare and Fortune 1000 market for over 20 years. As a seasoned executive he has worked with some of the most recognized healthcare and technology companies in the world. Included in his portfolio are Cisco, Tektronix, Ericsson, Motorola, 3M, Providence Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Emanuel Hospital, and many State/Local Governments.

Mr. Lane spent 10 years with Motorola, followed by 7 years with Computer Curriculum, a leading edge online training firm. Since CCC, he has been instrumental in the development and growth of 3 start-up firms, the latest being HIPAA Solutions Rx.

Known for his focus on customer satisfaction, Mr. Lane is an authority on delivering products and services to the Healthcare and Fortune 1000 alike. His scope is international and includes many compliance aspects including ISO 9000, 9002 Ticket and now HIPAA. Mr. Lane has received awards for software application documentation, and is published in "101 Service Ideas" for his innovation in service delivery.

As co-managing director of the firm Mr. Lane is focused on client support, technology delivery, and positive employee management.

Zebadiah Kimmel, MD, MS, Fellow, Decision Systems Group, Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women's Hospital

Dr. Kimmel is a physician and computer scientist. He is a Fellow in both the Decision Systems Group of Harvard Medical School, based at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology. He spent four months in 2004 as Visiting Fellow at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology at the US Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC. In the past, Dr. Kimmel was founder and CEO of Zebware, Inc., a software company that developed interactive technologies for the Web.

He developed software in online entertainment, digital television, cardiac imaging, and speech recognition, and his software won the Best of Show awards at both the 2001 and 2002 Cisco Convergence Expositions. He is a former Adjunct Lecturer in computer science at New York University.

Dr. Kimmel holds the M.D. degree from Northwestern University, where he received a Medical Scientist Training Fellowship grant from the NIH and a Keio University Medical School Scholarship for study in Tokyo, Japan; the M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and the B.A. in Math-Physics from Brown University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and Sigma Xi. He lives in Boston with his wife, Leia.
